HB 418 can be reviewed at www.mt.gov then click on the legislature link. The Montana Senate Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation Committee will hold a public hearing on House Bill 418 March 12, 2009, at 3 p.m. in Room 303 of the Capital Building in Helena.
HB 418 was passed by both houses of the Montana legislature and is now
enroute to Governor Brian Schweitzer for signature or veto. Take a minute
now to write and call his office and POLITELY let him know your views on
this issue:
